Repaint's

-Prep Work

To ensure best coverage, We remove dirt and dust   buildup from house using a pressure washer. TIP

   Walk around entire perimeter of house taking note of damaged surfaces such as: wood, masonry, ...

Then fix the repairs and prime if needed, Re-Caulk

Finally we mask off windows doors and lights along with any surface not being painted

- Painting Stage

Now that the house is masked up, we continue to spray the new layer of paint. In some cases we back-roll  and for more worn out homes we give it 2 coats. The trim is hand painted by brush and roll (2 coats)

-Closing 

After painting is done, we pull off all the masking, Touch up where needed and Clean any surfaces

Followed by a Owner Walk through to ensure clients satisfaction  

New Construction

Less costly as there isnt much prep work to be done. Usually mask and spray the new coat of paint. Empty homes allows the crews to work faster as there is less things to look out for.
